Skilled carpenter Josh Williams builds each Core Board by hand with top-notch craftsmanship from start to finish, revealing the wood’s true beauty as it is pressed, glued and finished. The boards are made with a hollow ribbed center made of lightweight marine plywood. Wrapped in western red cedar (for its strength and light weight), and other woods to add some color, and wrapped in light weight fiber glass and epoxy to highlight its beauty and give it the protection you want. CoreBoards finish weight comes in around 40-45 lbs each, depending on the board and style. Core Boards are custom built to order.
